Chattanooga's Industrial Development Board approved a contract change related to construction of the Volkswagen plant's body shop.
The change increased the Hayward Baker Inc. contract amount by $88,669 to $1.88 million.
The contract was related to work done to bolster soil on which the body shop is built, City Engineer Bill Payne said.
