Thetus Abercrombie, 69, of Robertsdale, Ala., passed away Friday, Nov. 5, 2010.He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Abercrombie.He is survived by his wife, Linda Abercrombie, of Robertsdale; son, Richard Abercrombie, of Mississippi; daughter, Jennifer Abercrombie, of Alabama; mother, Mamie L. Abercrombie, of Chattanooga; three brothers, France Abercrombie, of California, James Abercrombie, of Chattanooga and Steven Abercrombie, of Mississippi; five sisters, Shirley Stanfield, of Chattanooga, Dinah Johnson of Red Bank, Janet Slatton, of Red Bank; Cathy Abercrombe, of Tiftonia and Renee Wetherbee of North Carolina; two grandchildren; over 50 nephews and nieces.Announced through the courtesy of Prestige Funeral Service, 423-697-1936.
