CLEVELAND Jean Welch, 76, passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at her residence.A native of Albemarle, N.C., she has been a resident of the Collegedale area for the past nine years. A member of the Collegedale Seventh-day Adventist Church, she was retired from nursing as an RN and was the wife of the late Donald W. Welch.Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Gano, and husband, Ken, Cleveland; and a son, Don Welch and wife, Kathy, Zephryhills, Fla.; four grandchildren, Meaghan, Matthew, Katelyn and Wesley; two sisters, Rachael Bergherm, Pisgah, N.C. and Sally Reynolds, College Place, Wash.A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the McDonald Road Seventh-day Adventist Church.The family will greet friends immediately after the service.
