Paul Hutcheson

Sr.LONGVIEW Paul Eugene Hutcheson Sr. passed away Monday evening, Sept. 27, 2010, in Longview, Texas after a lengthy battle with Parkinsons Disease at age 72.Paul was born in Chattanooga, on April 16, 1938. He was the son of W.E. and Lessie Hutcheson. He played college football for Georgia Tech and Northwestern State University where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for many years in sales and retired from G&K Services in 2000. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Longview.He was the loving husband of Judith "Judy" Kennedy Hutcheson of Longview. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this past June.He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Wayne Hutcheson.He is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Paul E. Hutcheson Jr. and his wife, Penny, of Monroe, La.; son, Chesley Scott Hutcheson and David Hoover, of New Orleans, La.; and grandchildren, Madison, Jordan and Sarah.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, in the Chapel at Rosewood Park Cemetery.The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home, today, Sept. 30, 2010, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
