Harry Hales

Harry Franklin Hales, 96, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011 in a local healthcare facility.Harry was a U.S. Navy veteran, was a member of Living Waters Worship Center of Ocala, Fla.He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Hales.He is survived by his wife Anna Mae Hales; daughters Sandra (Bill) Hales and Marilyn Hales; step-daughter Gloria Thomason; grandsons Carl (Stephanie) Spain and Steve (Leandra) Spain; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.Visitation be Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. today in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Wilson officiating.The family wishes to thank Quinton Memorial Health Center for their care and compassion for Harry. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritans Purse P.O.
