David Clay Fulmer, 83, of Chattanooga, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, in the Kate Lyle West Chapel of First-Centenary United Methodist Church with Dr. David Harr officiating.Interment in Wildwood Cemetery in Williamsport, Pa., will take place at a later date.The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m. at the church prior to the service on Wednesday.Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 7454 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga.
