James Sartin, 73, of Lookout Valley, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at noon today in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Lamar Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
