GRUETLI-LAAGER Mr. Brian Q. Dodson, 47, died Friday, June 10, 2011, from injuries he received in a automobile accident. He was the owner of Dodson Trucking, Iron and Metals and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Altamont, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy H. Dodson; brother, Leland Wade Dodson; grandmother, Avis Meeks; step-father, Douglas Stem; brother-in-law, Stanley Herrod. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Meadows Dodson; daughter, Melissa (Randall) Brown; sons, Joseph E. (Kassey) Meadows and Alex Dodson; mother, Mary Stem; sister, Regena Herrod; brother, Barton (Jan) Dodson; grandchildren, Jody and Ashlee Meadows, Randall Brown Jr. and Jayden Cooper Brown. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Aaron Barrett officiating with burial to follow in the Northcutts Cove LDS Church Cemetery.
