HIGDON Chelsie Boatner Black, 20, died Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at her residence.Mrs. Black died with her grandmother, Linda Boatner from storm related injuries.She was a graduate of NSM High School and member of Ider Holiness Church.She is survived by husband, Bradley Black; daughter, Arabie Elizabeth Black; mother, Brenda Rendahl Capo; father and stepmother, Gary and Sheila Boatner; brother, Joshua Boatner; in-laws, Johnny and Mary Black, Ider.Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. CDT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Brothers Roger Shirley and Michael Clark officiating and burial in Payne Gap Cemetery.Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today.
