Carole Ramsey

Carole Sue McCalla Ramsey, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, in Hartselle, Ala.Mrs. Ramsey was born Nov. 13, 1942, in Chattanooga to Walter Daniel and Carrie Mae Russell McCalla.She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Brenda Joyce Johnson and Charlotte Marie McCalla.She is survived by her daughter, Sherry (Brad) Anderson, of Hartselle; two sisters, Anita (Kenneth) Adkins and Jean (Dan) Steele, both of Chattanooga; three grandsons, Benjamin, Adam and Matthew Anderson; and a great-granddaughter, Audrey Anderson, all of Hartselle.There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24, at Ebenezer Baptist Cemetery in Ringgold, Ga., followed by a visitation luncheon to be held at Hamilton Plastics, 2641 Riverport Road, Chattanooga, TN 37406.
