Billy Bob Bonds, 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012 at his home.He was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII, and was a retired welder with Combustion Engineering.Billy was preceded in death by his wives, Virginia and Bobbie Bonds; and daughter, Billie Sue Bonds.Survivors include his daughter, Bonnie Cross; four step-children; grandsons, Billy Gene, Scott and Travis; and four great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev.
