Timothy Herrell Bookout, 51, of East Ridge, departed this world peacefully Tuesday morning, Aug. 21, 2012, surrounded by family in a local hospital.Tim was a beloved father, son, brother and friend. He was a graduate of Baylor School, class of 1979. He attended the University of Tennessee studying engineering. He was CEO of Central Plumbing Co. for over 15 years. He was an entrepreneur and inventor with a patent for a plumbing tool still used today. He was an accomplished cattle farmer and tractor enthusiast, restoring old machines back to their former glory.He was a member and cherished friend of Trinity Fellowship in Rock Springs, Ga.Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth Bookout Hood and her husband Trent Hood; Tims fiance, Melinda Meyer; parents, Chester and Diane Bookout; sister, Becky Bookout Byrns and her husband, James Thomas Byrns; nephew, Elijah James Byrns; and an expected grandchild."Goodbye may seem like forever.
