Jim Klassen

James Ronald "Jimmy" Klassen, of Chattanooga passed away at his home on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012. Mr. Klassen was born in Chattanooga to Lewis and Bernadette Klassen.He attended Notre Dame Elementary and High Schools. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and retired from Terminex. He was a former Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus Council 6099. He was preceded in death by infant daughters, Mary Catherine and Mary Kathleen Klassen; his parents; brothers, Lewis Edward, Thomas, Joseph Patrick, Charles, and William Klassen; and sisters, Doris Klassen and MargaretSuddeth. Survivors include his son, Link Edward Klassen and his wife Karen; grandchildren, Zachary, Keri and Hannah Klassen; sister, Helen Saylor and her husband, Charles; brother, Jerry Klassen and his wife, Sandra; former wife and lifelong friend, Ginny Stone; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
