ATHENS Judith Corvin "Judi" Ketchersid, 67, was welcomed into the loving arms of her Savior on Friday, Aug. 30, 2012, She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Jeanette Anderson Corvin.She is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Ketchersid of Athens; two sons, Robert Ketchersid Jr., of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Jonathan Ketchersid, of New Milford, Conn.; two grandchildren who were the love of her life, Jack Ketchersid and Kayla Ketchersid, both of New Milford, Conn.; two brothers and sister-in-law, Dr. Jack Corvin , of Ferrum, Va., Joe E. and Meredith Corvin, of Bristol, Va.; one sister and brother-in-law, Yvonne and Fred Martin, Bristol, Tenn.; Several nieces and nephewsFuneral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at First Baptist Church Athens with Dr. Jason Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
