Steven Wallace

Steven Winfield Wallace, 54, of Chattanooga passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012.He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was of the Baptist faith. He retired from Salem Carpets in 1987 after more than seven years of service and was a devoted son and brother who will be greatly missed by all that knew him.He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles "Cotton" and Elizabeth "Ann" Wallace; sister, Charlene Wallace; and nephew, Timothy Eugene Wallace. Survivors include his brother, Barry Wallace, of Ringgold, Ga.; three sisters, Gayle Wallace, of Rossville, Judy Pickett, of Soddy-Daisy, and Kathy Wallace, of Sylacauga, Ala.; stepbrother, David ORear and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private and there will be no visitation at the funeral home.Arrangements by W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Homes, Fort Oglethorpe.
