Paul Rollings

TRENTON Paul Rollings, age 81, passed away Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012.He was retired from the United States Army with 42 years of service. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He earned two Bronze Stars for his military service. He served as Mayor of Trenton for two terms. He was a member of American Legion Post 106, a Mason and a member of Trenton United Methodist Church.He was preceded in death by his two wives, Dimple Bouldin Rollings and Laura Sue Rollings; two sons, Terry Lee Rollings and Michael Bouldin Rollings.Survivors include two daughters, Paula Rollings, Trenton, Donna (Phillip) Pugliese, of Chattanooga; son, David Rollings, Roswell, Mexico; two sisters, Willie Mae Dishroon of Michigan, Rachael Johnson, Altamont, Tenn.; brothers , Thomas Rollins and John Rollins, both of Altamont, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, Shannon Rollings, Julian Rollings, Taylor Ann Morgan, Joshua Drue Morgan, Sunny Brianne Rollings, Seth Blake Rollings, Madison Simone Rollings; great-grandson, Tristan Drue Morgan.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. EDT Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Reece Fauscett officiating.Interment, with full military honors, will be in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be held 4-8 p.m. p.m. today and noon-1 p.m. Wednesday.
