Donald Lee Starkey, 84, a native and lifelong resident of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012.Mr. Starkey retired from the Chattanooga Housing Authority as Finance Director, was of the Methodist faith and was a graduate of Central High School and a US Korean War veteran.He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Pearl Starkey. Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Wanda Starkey; daughters, Drema (Michael) Louck of Sevierville, Tenn., Teresa Scoggins, and Charlotte Goe, both of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Angela Dickinson, Daniel Scoggins, Shane (Patricia) Scoggins, Erica Goe, Audra (Jeff) Heath and Alex Goe; 9 great-grandchildren; and special cousins, Agnes, Mary Jo and Sally.Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10, at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Forest Hills Cemetery with Dr. John Burkett officiating.Memorial donations may be made to the American Alzheimers Association (P.O.
