FORT OGLETHORPE Ronald Jordan Bethune, 22, Fort Oglethorpe, entered the presence of Jesus Christ on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012.He was a member of Fort Oglethorpe First Baptist, attended Brainerd Baptist School, David Brainerd Middle School, Boyd Buchanan School, and graduated from Ridgeland High School in 2009. Jordan was known for his kind and loving ways and cared deeply for his family and friends. He enjoyed his annual hunting and camping trips. He was employed with his dad at Brothers Auto Upholstery. Jordan was preceded in death by grandfather, J.B. Bethune; great-grandparents, Willie and Idell Darby, Mary and Sidney Pendley; aunt, Sue Reeves; and cousin, David Reeves.Jordan is survived by his son, Weston Jase Bethune; parents, Pam and Ron Bethune; brother, Justin (Heather) Bethune; and their daughter, Kirklynn; grandparents, Willie B. Bethune, Louise and Raymond Pendley; aunts and uncles, Dr. Bruce (Debbie) Pendley, Donald, Gary, Terry (Diane)Bethune, Faye (Charles) Buchanan, Dena (Raymond) Smith, Douglas Reeves, Deborah (Rick) Lyons, Susan Darby, Wylene (Clyde) Combs, Mac ( Betty ) Pendley; cousins, Joshua and Joe (Katy) Pendley, Melody (Eric) Pelton, Wayne Horton, Donna (Wayne) Thompson, Ronald (Kat) Ramage, Skyler (Cherri) Ramage, Kim and Trina Atkins, Joseph Smith, Michael (Hue) Bethune, Lee (Heather) Bethune, Scott (Gina) Baker, Rory (Jessica) Baker, Stacy (Hosea) Irizarry, Lisa (Todd) Halterman.Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Fort Oglethorpe First Baptist Church with Rev.
