.WHITWELL Richard Michael Steinwinter Jr., 31, passed away Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012.He was an employee of Royal Remanufacturing. He enjoyed marital arts and the outdoors and was member of the Mosaic Church in Chattanooga. Mikie was loved by everyone that knew him and a loving and devoted father and son.He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cora Steinwinter.He is survived by his sons, Masen Steinwinter, age 7 and Hayden Stienwinter, age 6, Steinwinter; daughter, Harlie Steinwinter, age 9; father, Richard (Regina) Steinwinter, Sr.; mother, Libby Mullins Steinwinter; brother, David (Felicia) Steinwinter; sister, Mindy (Raymond) Layne; stepbrothers, Chris and Scott Brown grandparents, Robert Steinwinter, Bradenton, Fla., Ellis and Frances Mullins, Bridgeport, Ala.; nephews and nieces, Chandler Steinwinter, Severn, Jasmine and Zoe Layne; special aunt and uncle, Francine Kirk and Randy Mullins as well as several other aunts and uncles.Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm CST on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, with Brother Tim Reed officiating.Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2 until 8 pm CST Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012.In lieu of flowers there is a trust for Mikie's surviving children at First Volunteer Bank.To send online condolences visit www.tatefh.com.Arrangements by Tate Funeral Home, Jasper, TN, 423-942-9500.
