Margaret Ella Foster Shelton Kimbro, 92, of Chattanooga passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012.Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today, Dec. 20, 2012 in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Laura Becker officiating.
