Bob Capps, 81, of Chattanooga, Tenn., passed away Sunday, Dec. 16, 2012 at his home.Condolences may be sent to www.lane-southcrestchapel.comMemorial services will be held today at noon at the McFarland United Methodist Church 101 E. Gordon Avenue, Rossville, GA with Pastor Matt Hampton officiating. Interment will follow at the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. with Military Honors.The family will receive friends today from 10 a.m. until funeral time at the Church.Arrangements by the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory located at the end of Historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
