Claude Glenn

Claude Glenn, 90, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, Dec. 21, 2012.Mr. Glenn was born and raised in McMinnville, Tenn. He enlisted in the US Army during World War II and retired later from the U. S. Post Office. He was a faithful and dedicated member of Tyner Church of Christ.He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Glenn; parents, Victoria and E. F. Glenn, Sr.; 3 brothers; and 5 sisters. Surviving are his daughter, Renee (Hank) Swicegood, of Louisville, Tenn.; son, Rick Glenn, of Chattanooga; grandson, Jonathan (Jessica Skipper) Riggs; brother, Era (Ethel) Glenn, Jr.; sister, Rebecca Nobles; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. today, Dec. 23, at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 3 p.m. today at the funeral home with Ministers John Cupp and George Cupp officiating.Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens South.Memorial donations may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association, 153 Parkinson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305.Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist. 404 S.
