James Harlow

, Jr.James Elmer Harlow, Jr, 89, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012. He was of the Presbyterian faith, and he was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was a retired electrician from IBEW Local 175.He was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Nuss Harlow; sister, Catherine Wyrick; three brothers, Samuel, Allen and Raymond Harlow; son, Eddie Eugene Harlow; and daughter, Angela Stewart.He is survived by his son, Charles "Kelly" Harlow, of Soddy-Daisy; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with the Rev. Alan Stewart officiating.Burial will follow in Presbyterian cemetery in Cullman, Ala., with James son, Charles conducting the committal. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, at the funeral home.
