LaFAYETTE Betty Joyce Jackson Ledford, 83, died Thursday Jan. 5, 2012.She was preceded in death by her husband David Ledford Sr. Survived by daughters, Jauhyn Gordon, Montgomery, Ala., Judy Tilley, LaFayette; sons, David, Madison, Edward Ledford, all LaFayette; sister, June Gray, Rossville; brothers, Charlie Jackson, Rock Spring, Swift Jackson, LaFayette; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel 2 p.m. Sunday. Service conducted by Minister Mack Stephens and Steve Patten.Pallbearers are David Ledford III, Jason Ledford, Adam Ledford, Michael Gordon, Daniel Gordon, Ryan Ledford.Interment in LaFayette Memory Garden.The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. today.The arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home of LaFayette.
