Collis "Chip" Lewis, 52, of Chattanooga, lost his battle with cancer, Friday, Jan. 20, 2012.He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Lewis; children, Krista and Mikel Lewis.Private memorial service will be held at the beach, with cremains placed at Neptune Memorial Reef.Forever loved, forever missed.Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
