BRYANT Lee Anna Evans, a lifelong resident of Bryant, 96, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012.She had been employed by North Sand Mountain High School Cafeteria for many years. She was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Evans; and infant daughter, Idella Evans.Survivors include her daughter and husband, Virginia and Nick Boatner, Flat Rock, Ala.; three sons and wives, J.C. and Mary Evans, Rossville, Edward and Brenda Evans, Randy and Rita Evans, all of Bryant; one sister, Susie Gilbert, Bryant; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. EST Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, in the chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brothers Tommy Smith and Glen Tilley officiating.Interment will be held in Oak Lawn Memorial Park.Visitation will be today 5-9 p.m. EST; Tuesday, 11-1 p.m.Arrangements by Moore Funeral Home, Bryant.
