Wanda Gail Finley, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, June 29, 2012 in Killeen, Texas.She was a graduate of Howard High School, Class of 1975. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Finley; son, Kevin Starling; mother, Betty Starling; sister, Regina Starling and brother, Vincent Malone.She is survived by sisters, Sabrina Battle, Killeen Texas, Virginia Atkins, Sonya Ecton, both of Chattanooga, and Francena Miller, Nashville; devoted granddaughter, Keoshia Starling, Chattanooga; several aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.Funeral Services will be held Thursday in Killen Texas.Arrangements by Killeen Memorial Funeral Home.Announced by John P.
