Lucilie Crompton, 90, of Chattanooga departed this life on Saturday, June 30, 2012.She was a member of Avondale Church of Christ. Those preceded her in death are five daughters, Heneitta, Monica, Jainta, Mae Mae, Lethal; and one devoted daughter-in-law, Shirley Herron.Those left to cherish her precious memories are two sons, Kenny Herron (Veronca) and Gary Walker; daughter, Earnestine Stroud (Bruce); 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 25 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Williams, of Detroit, Mich.; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.The body will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the funeral service.Funeral: 1 p.m. today July 10, in the funeral home chapel.Burial: Tyner Cemetery.Arrangements entrusted to AdvantageFuneral & Cremation Services Franklin-Strickland-Pinkard-Bryan Smith Funeral Directors,1724 McCallie Ave., 423-265-4414
