LUMINARY June L. Kelly, 74, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012, in an area hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer. Miss June, AKA the Chicken Lady, was very active in the Luminary Volunteer Fire Department.She is the daughter of the late Arvid and Myrtle Olsen of Fargo, ND., she was also preceded in death by her brother, Marvin and her two sisters, Beverly and Phyllis.Mrs. Kelly is survived by her husband of 54 years, Patrick J. Kelly; and children, Patricia and Tom deGroot, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Katherine Kelly, of Omaha, Neb., Mark and Kathleen Kelly, of Orlando, Fla., Jerome Kelly of Satellite Beach, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; brothers, Dwayne, Alan, and Ronnie; and sisters, Elaine and Naomi.Visitation and funeral services will be held at Frostbite Church of Prayer in Luminary, Tenn., on Saturday July 14, 2012 at noon.
