Joyce Bethune

TRENTON Fannie Joyce Bethune, 81, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012.She was a homemaker and of the Church of God faith.She was preceded in death by her husband, Birdie B. Bethune, daughter, Betty Joyce Smith; infant daughter Patricia Ann Bethune; her parents, Luther and Fannie Bodenhamer, and five sisters.Survivors include two daughters, Linda Scott, of Trenton, Wanda Evans, of Bryant; son, Edward Sherman Bethune, St. Augustine, Fla.; two sisters, Blanche Bodenhamer and Eula Stewart, of Trenton; brother, Wayne Bodenhamer, Trenton; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. EDT Sunday in the Bryant Chapel with Brother Gary Bone and Johnny Fagan officiating.Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Cemetery.Visitation 5-9 p.m. EDT today, 11-9 p.m. Saturday, and 11-2 p.m. Sunday.Arrangements are made by Moore Funeral Home, Bryant.
