RINGGOLD Palmer Ray Collins, 52, departed this life Sunday, July 22, 2012.He was born in Chattanooga to the late Robert and Cora Collins. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Joe Snyder and Robert Collins Jr. Survivors include his wife of 10 years, Dorothy Collins; children, Nicholas Collins, Zachary Collins, Nick Francis, Nichole Estermyer, all of Ringgold; grandchildren, Hunter Estermyer, Gabriel and Matthew Francis; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.A private burial will be held at a later date.Arrangements are by the Ringgold Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes, Ringgold, Georgia.
