Sr.Percy Lee Billings Sr., 70, (Retired, M.Sgt.) of Titusville, Fla., passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012.He is survived by two daughters, Areita Rena Billings and Patricia Billings; one son Percy Billings Jr.; a sister, Lequata Billings; two brothers, George Ashford and Clinton Davenport; and five grandchildren.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 27, 2012, at Greater Tucker Missionary Baptist Church, 1115 N. Moore Road, Chattanooga, TN 37411.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
