Lennell Sheheard

Lennell Sheheard, Sr., 72, passed away on May 30, 2012 at a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High School. He was the son of Lena Igo and Roosevelt Shepheard.He leaves behind four sons, Lennell, Jr., Lennell, III, Lydell and Jamason Shepheard; three daughters, Mary, Lena and Terra Shepheard; ex-wife, Mary McSears; sister, Floria Shepheard; grandchildren, Kareeceeslia, Christopher, Anthony, Matthew and Andrew; four great-grandchildren; nephews, Michael, Reginald Woodly and Reginald Lovelace; nieces, Towona Woodly and Audrea Jones; seven cousins.Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 5 in the chapel with burial at Ruth Cofer Cemetery at 11 a.m.The body will lie in state after noon today at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
