CEDARTOWN Ronald Joe Pope, 57, died Tuesday, June 19, 2012, in a Rome, Ga., hospital.He was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and had been employed with Mohawk Industries for 30 years. Mr. Pope was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Pope.Survivors are son, Greg Pope, Chickamauga; brother, Roy (Xandra) Pope, Columbia, Tenn.; sister, Lena (Olen) Sisson, Cedartown, Ga.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. David Pilgrim officiating.
