Tammy Jean Skyles Xanders, 49, East Ridge, died Monday, June 18, 2012 at her residence. She had lived in Chattanooga most of her life.Survivors are husband, David Allan Xanders; sons, Cecil Skyles Jr., Steven Skyles and Dennis Skyles, all of Rossville; mother, Martha Jean Betterley, Knoxville, Tenn.; brothers, Perry, Ricky and Bobby Smith, all of Knoxville; sisters, Kendra Smith and Michelle Smith; ten grandchildren.Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Rev.
