Edith Klimp

PALMER Mrs. Edith P. Klimp, 81, of Rossville, Ga., went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday March 10, 2012. She was a member of the Crossing Church in Chattanooga. She was born in Palmer on April 30, 1930, to George W. and Josephine White Cookston who preceded her in death along with her brothers, Buck, Kelsey and Kelley Cookston; sisters, Gertrude Shadrick, Nell Mullins and Willie Mae Geren. She is survived by her son, Danny (Terry) Klimp, of Rossville; granddaughters, Dodie and Amanda Klimp; great-grandchildren, Brandon Dean, Emily Sapp, McKenzie and Gracie Klimp; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1 P.M. CDT Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Terry Harris officiating with burial to follow in the White Cemetery.
