Grady Cagle

Grady Bradley Cagle, of Hixson, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 12, 2012.Grady served our country in the U.S. Navy. He was retired from DuPont with 43 years of service. Grady was a member and Past Master of Mountain City Masonic Lodge #549.He was the son of the late Grady and Myrtle Cagle and his late sibling, Dimple Bramlett.Grady is survived by his wife of 62 years, Kathryn; daughters, Vicki Cain, Paulette Cagle, Connie Massingill and Kim Steagall and husband Allen; grandchildren, Justin Massingill and wife Kaylene, Rachel Massingill, Brett Steagall and Lauren Cain; siblings, Kathleen Allen and Hubert Cagle; several nieces and nephews.The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at the North Chapel.Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. Friday at National Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Shoemate officiating.Memorial contributions may be made in Gradys name to Melville Baptist Church, 9067 Daisy Dallas Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
