Lois Troxell

Lois H. Troxell, 84, of Chattanooga, was called home on Monday, May 14, 2012. She passed peacefully in her sleep.She was born Jan. 14, 1928 in Alabama.She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Troxell Sr., of Chattanooga. Her parents, Margaret and Claude Hammons, of Bridgeport, Ala.Lois is survived by her daughters, Deborah McJunkins, Susan Davis and Sandra (Joe) Jolley; son, Joseph Troxell Jr.; grandchildren, Shannon (Daniel) Potter, Michael (Kim) McJunkins, Christy Wainwright, Bill Bayless and Lynn Trewhitt; great-grandchildren, Kaylee and Kassidy Potter, Lucian McJunkins, Justin Wainwright, Haley Wainwright, Cierra Wainwright, Trey Bayless, Kaleb Trewhitt, Kassi Trewhitt and Jessica Trewhitt; freat-great-grandchild Aslin Wainwrght; several nieces and nephews.Graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. today, May 16, 2012, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to McKamey Animal Shelter.Please share your thoughts and Memories at www.chattanooganorthchapel.com Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist, North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN, 37343.
