SOUTH PITTSBURG Mary Margaret "Dubie" Hale Sloan, 86, passed away, Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at her home.She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy "Sammy" Sloan; and parents, David Franklin and Winnie Hale; and an infant daughter, Susan Elizabeth.She is survived by her daughter, Sue Ellen Sloan Carlton of Washington, D.C. and South Pittsburg.Graveside services will be conducted from Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens at 2 p.m. CDT today, May 16, 2012, with Rev.
