Ruby Poore

TRENTON Ruby L. Stevens Poore, 94, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday evening, May 20, 2012.She was a housewife, homemaker, and avid gardener. Mrs. Poore was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was of the Baptist faith.Mrs. Poore was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Poore; parents, J.W. and Della Stevens; and son, Carl Dwight Poore.Surviving are son, J.R. (Susie) Poore, Wildwood, Ga.; three daughters, Virginia Walker, Rossville, Kathy Colbert, Fort Oglethorpe, Patty Murphy, Trenton; three sisters, Ovella Brown, Trenton, Savanah Holland, Powell, Tenn., Lottie Henegar, Henegar, Ala.; two brothers, Hoyle and Doyle Stevens, both of Trenton; also several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel with Rev. Nick Forshee and Rev.
