Bill Hayworth

Sgt. Sgt. Bill Reed Hayworth, 77, of Red Bank, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2012, in a local hospital.Bill was a 20 year veteran of the US Army. He was an avid Alabama fan, loved western movies and he loved watching Eagles fly. Survivors include his wife, Betty Hayworth; daughter, Laura Jill Hayworth, of Red Bank; and sister-in-law, Kathy Slaten, of Chattanooga.Private interment will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.Arrangements by Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, 423-877-3524.
