TRENTON Roy Eli Tishaw, 75, passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2012.Survivors include his daughters, Darcy Higdon and Christy Ellis and brother, Mark Tishaw; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Funeral services will be held at noon EDT Nov. 5, at the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Pastor Carlis Clinton officiating.
