Terry Joe Ewton, 52, passed away at his residence in Soddy-Daisy, Tenn., Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012. He was born Oct. 2, 1960.He was a graduate of Rhea County High School and attended Chattanooga State for 2 years. He was a member of Bethel Temple Assembly of God in Hixson, Tenn. He loved fishing, golfing, family, friends and church. He worked for Home Beneficials Ins. Co., for a number of years and also had Ewtons Lawn Service, and Terrys Easy Pick Up & Delivery for a number of years.Preceded in death by grandparents, Roscoe Daniel and Mattie Geneva Dunn Ewton; Uncle Jack Daniel Ewton, and Wesley Eugene King.Survivors, Wife of 31 years, Linda Carol Suter Ewton; Daughter, Kristen Lynn Ewton, both of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; Mother, Judy Elaine Ewton; Aunts, Faye Ewton, and Lou King, all of Dayton, Tenn.; Patty (John) Gaylon, Soddy-Daisy, Tenn.; Uncle Jimmy Ewton, Dayton; Cousin, Eric Lee (Gayle) Ewton, Dayton, Tenn.; Special cousin, Mary Ann Clingan.Pallbearers will be Jessie, Stoney, and Larry Johnson, Bryan Satterfield, Jimmy Combs, and Jeff Burkhart.Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home, with Pastor Terry Evans and Rev.
