Veretta Biddle

Veretta Horne Biddle, 90, of Hixson passed away Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest Theron Biddle Jr.; daughter, Rhonda Gail Biddle; parents, Mr. and Mrs. John W. Horne of Soddy-Daisy; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.She is survived by her daughter, Cindi Biddle Jones, of Hixson; son, Forrest "Thad" Theron Biddle III, of Biloxi, Miss.; sister, Jewell (Cotton) Woodward; brother, Glen D. (Lometa) Horne.Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Russ Hillian officiating, also speakers, David Hillian, Kevin Horne, and Marty Biddle. Interment will follow the service at Dividing Ridge Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
