Judy Lowrance, 67, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at her home.She grew up in Nashville, and was a graduate of Hillsboro High School. Judy moved to Chattanooga approximately 35 years ago. She began a career in advertising in Nashville, and continued that career upon moving to Chattanooga where she was employed by Williams/Ripple and Lindsay, Bradley and Johnson in Chattanooga. She established her own advertising agency, The Logan Agency, in 1978, and operated it until 2002 when she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. She fought a long and hard battle with the disease until Tuesday of this week.She was a past president of the Chattanooga Advertising Federation and a recipient of the Silver Metal Award. Her clients included Clark Brothers Furniture, Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, Chattanooga Lookouts, Newton Chevrolet, Newton Oldsmobile/Mitsubshi, and many others.She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert H. and Bessie C. Manss.She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Richard E.
