Winifred Dodd

Winifred Lee Dodd, 92, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012, at her residence.She was born Feb. 19, 1920 in Cleveland, Tenn., to the late William and Effie Mae Lauderback.She was a homemaker and member of Morris Hill Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, R.B. Dodd; and several brothers and sisters.Survivors include her daughters, Nancy (Doug) Lance, of Cleveland, Martha Minor, of Chattanooga; and several nieces and nephews.The family would like to extend deepest gratitude to Hospice of Chattanooga for their loving care of our mom during her illness.Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Bill Mason officiating.Active pallbearers will be Jerry Lance, Jody Minor, Scott Minor, David Daley, Darrell Pendergraph and Donovan Bailey.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m.12:30 p.m. Saturday at the East Brainerd Chapel.Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, P.O.
