KIMBALL Sally Jane Foshee Haggard passed away, Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at her home.She was a member of Whitwell Church of God and had been an employee of Wal-Mart.Her husband of 65 years, Donald Lee Haggard preceded her in death on March 18, 2012. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Rufus E. and Sarah Pauline Way Foshee; brother, Bert E. Foshee; and sister, Peggy Faye Hicks.She is survived by her son, Donald Dewey (Karen) Haggard; daughters, Clara Jane (Virgil) Anderson, Hazel Charlene (Mike) Raulston and Karen Paulette McNeece; brothers, Franklin D. Foshee; grandchildren; David (Joyce) Raulston, Lori (Watson) Ballard, Kevin Anderson, Aaron (Nicole) Raulston, Shelley Haggard, Mark (Macey) Haggard and Justin (Tonya) McNeece; great-grandchildren, Sarah and Katelyn Ballard, RyLee and Zoyee Anderson, Shelby, Tamaron , and Caleb Raulston, Brianna and Derek Bass.Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. CST, on Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, with Bishop Clayton Privett and Brother Michael Shrum officiating. Interment will follow in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. CST today, Nov. 17, 2012.
