BIRCHWOOD Charles L. "Charlie" Barbee, 59, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2012. Survivors are wife, Berleta Barbee; daughters, Delila Emerson, Charlotte Franklin, Tammie Tankersley; sons, Toby Barbee, Charles Sims, Gregory Sims, all of Birchwood; Mitchell Sims, of Ooltewah; mother, Virginia Harden Barbee, of Harrison.Services will be today at 11 a.m. at the North Ocoee Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of arrangements.
