Phyllis Albright

Phyllis Ann Albright, loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Nov. 19, 2012.She was an avid gardener of flowers and had a deep personal passion for helping with the flowers and grounds at her church, First-Centenary United Methodist Church, where she was a volunteer in the church garden mission. A native of Cleveland, Tenn., daughter of the late C.L. and Mary Moore Longwith, she retired from North American Royalties, where she was employed as a payroll supervisor for over 40 years.Survived by husband of 59 years, Ray C. Albright, of Harrison; daughter, Susan Albright Currie and her husband, Dan, of Huntsville, Ala.; son, R. Chris Albright and his wife, Kristy, of Dunlap; three grandchildren, Raegan Spencer, Megan Hoehn, and Paxton Albright; two sisters, Peggy Gaddis and Debbie Barker; several nieces and nephews.Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at the Kate Lyle West Chapel of First-Centenary United Methodist Church with Dr. David Harr officiating.Burial will be in the Church Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 in the Narthex of the Church prior to the service.Memorial contributions may be made to First Centenary United Methodist Church, 419 McCallie Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37402; Alzheimers Association Southeast Tennessee Chapter, 7625 Hamilton Park Drive, Suite 22, Chattanooga, TN 37421; or Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37416.Please share your thoughts at www.ChattanoogaEastChapel.com.Arrangements are by the Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory & Florist, East Chapel, 404 S.
