Willis Walker

Willis Willard Walker, 85, of Ooltewah, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012.He was preceded in death by his parents, Paris and Mary Walker; two brothers, Winford W. Walker, Bruce Walker; and sister, Edith Oliver.Willis was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked most of his life as a carpenter before retiring with Astec Industries.He was a member of Fairview Baptist Church, Masonic Lodge #741, Eastern Star #365 and the American Legion Post #93.Survivors include his wife, Berdie Dill Walker; daughter and son-in-law, Connie Walker Dotson and Ronnie D. Dotson; and special grandson, Nathan D. Dotson, all of Ooltewah; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Jones and the Rev.
